As we approach our third year end at Brackenthwaite Farm, there can be no denying that a lot of has changed over the last three years. We have renovated properties, created a new brand, website, and marketing strategies, developed our land to cater better for families, dogs, and even horses. And so much more besides!
So, you can image just how thrilled we are in being shortlisted as finalists for the Lancashire Tourism Awards 2026 in TWO categories: The Dog friendly Business Award and The Self Catering Accommodation Award.
To be shortlisted as finalists for these two awards is a great reassurance to us that the hard work we have been putting in over the past three years has not only been worth it, but it has been noticed, too. And for that, we have so many people to thank, but at the risk of turning this blog into an Oscar’s Award speech that goes on FAR too long, we will save those thanks for a later date (if we win) and a different occasion (you’re welcome). 😉
But, for now, we just wanted to share with you this exciting news, and thanks generally each and every one of you who has helped make Brackenthwaite Farm what it is today. It is said that it takes a village to raise a child, and as we enter our final toddler year, it really cannot be understated just how grateful we are to each and every one of you who has been a part of our journey so far.
