1. Cosy accommodation
Our properties are spacious and beautifully furnished, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy their own space while still having that cosy, homely feeling you want during the colder months. Whether you’re looking to have a movie night in the living room or a BBQ in the courtyard, you’ll always feel at home.
The open-plan ground floor is designed with visitors in mind, creating a welcoming and spacious area ideal for entertaining, gathering with family, or simply enjoying time together. Whether you’re hosting guests or having a quiet night in, the fluid layout allows for easy conversation and a vibrant, sociable atmosphere.
Upstairs, the generously sized bedrooms provide a peaceful sanctuary for those moments when you crave some solitude. Whether you want to unwind, relax, or lose yourself in a great book, these rooms offer the perfect escape from the day’s activities. And for the pet lovers, our properties are also dog-friendly, so your four-legged friends are more than welcome to join in the fun and relaxation!

With accommodations available for up to 12+ guests (with additional space for camping/caravans), a full-site booking offers privacy, comfort, and the perfect setting for making lasting memories. 3. The Long Barn
The newly opened Long Barn has been a labour of love, and we’re so excited that our guests now get to enjoy it in all its glory! Rustic, rough and ready charm with big impact for social gatherings. Originally used for wintering livestock, the Long Barn provides sheltered space for socialising and dining for up to 40 people with access to a wood-fired oven and stove.
It’s the perfect setting for an exciting banquet as well as a free-for-all pizza night cooked in our outdoor hand-built bespoke pizza oven located in the Rose Garden. Although our three self-catering properties accommodate up to 12 people, there is additional space for camping and caravanning, so feel free to invite those extra few guests.
4. Fire Pit area
We also recently built a new fire pit area for our guests to enjoy; sited in a fantastic corner of the orchard with incredible views towards the main house with a stunning backdrop behind, creating a picture-perfect setting for a crackling fire, toasting marshmallows, merriment, telling stories, even singing songs. Nestled among the picturesque trees, our fire pit area offers a rustic and memorable setting with sturdy log seating and plenty of space for everyone. If you’re looking to create new memories with family and friends, this is the place to be: keeping warm, cuddling up with blankets and laughing late into the night.
